- We need to receive the following documentation from the exporter:
- Full product description and customs number (Arancel)
- Commercial Invoice + Packing List
- Authorization to DIAN (CUSTOMS) and ports for handling cargo
- Letter to Antinarcotic Police
- Company constitution certificate (Certificado de Constitución y
Gerencia)
- National export register (Registro Nacional de Exportadores)
- NIT fotocopy

- SHIPPING LINE : Depending final dates on the cargo readiness we choose
the next available vessel / shipping line
- We choose the INLAND TRUCKING company according to dates and
fastest/safety delivery to port
- The Truck pick up the container at the SHIPPING LINE warehouse
- The container is taken to the customer-expoter place to be filled
- Once container is filled is then sealed and send to port
- At port the truck waits at the entrance and then a formulary is filled
with the information required by the port authorities about the cargo,
exporter, etc.
- DEX (Export Document) is presented to customs for revision and approval

- Customs (DIAN) decides if the container is inspecte PHISICALLY or
DOCUMENTARY. PHISICAL means that container is OPEN and cargo fully
revised . DOCUMENTARY means that only documents are revised.
- IF PHISICAL then container is moved to the INSPECTION place for revision
- ANTINARCOTICS INSPECTION is also taken place at the same time to save
money. Any time ANTINARCOTICS can order a new revision
- If everything ( CUSTOMS + ANTINARCOTICS )is in order, then container is
released to the SHIPPING LINE for the next available vessel

- We give the orders to SHIPPING LINE AGENCY in Colombia to issue the
MASTER Bill of Ladings as instructed by customer or forwarders
- At the end we sent all the export documents (invocie, pack list, origin
certificate, and others) to destiny (forwarder or receiver)
